The Carrel Company specializes in leasing and selling commercial properties in the East Bay.

The Carrel Company

  The Carrel Company was established in 2003 by Bill Carrel.  The company represents both Landlords and Tenants as well as Sellers and Buyers to make informed business decisions on lease and sale transactions.  It has a reputation for adding value to its clients transactions by understanding and fulfilling the required needs of its clients.

Bill Carrel

  Bill has 21 years of commercial real estate experience, and prior to forming the Carrel Company, served as Vice President with CB Richard Ellis and Grubb & Ellis Company.

Bill earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 1993.  The CCIM Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, confers the CCIM designation through an extensive educational program and experiental requirements.  The designation was established in 1969 and is recognized today as the premier mark of professionalism and advanced knowledge in commercial investment real estate.  Of the approximately 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide, approximately 7,300 currently hold the CCIM designation.
